scheme of work

our first assignment for Linking Theory and Practice in the classroom (LTP) is to create a scheme of work for a one week lesson.generally scheme of work is actually a kind of checklist for teachers to assist them to write their lesson plan for each lesson. SOW highlighted the important language skills and learning outcomes that need to be achieved in a particular week/year/month. there are no fixed ways to create a SOW. it usually depends on the demands of the school administration itself. for our task, we have created a SOW for a particular unit based on a F2 textbook entitled Famous Faces that is created to be taught in 4 lessons throughout a week.

in this entry, ill include latest draft of my group's SOW for teachers to identify the main ideas that are needed in a SOW. the final piece will be uploaded once our lecturer is contented with our work.

day 1

day 2

day 3

day 4
(this particular lesson is created for learning of literature - Flipping Fantastic)

p/s: there are lots of things that can be improved in this particular SOW.

in future entry, ill write more about the steps to create a good SOW.
